I’m Monica McKitterick, a nurse practitioner, DPC clinic owner, and founder of Impact Family Wellness. After 10+ years in traditional healthcare, I hit a wall. I didn’t go into medicine to be micromanaged by admin, buried in codes, or rushed through 7-minute visits. So I built something different.
Starting with just $20K and a Craigslist exam table, I opened my first DPC clinic. Now, I run three clinics, lead a team of amazing NPs, and serve over 2,000 patients, without the chaos of insurance-based care.
